Calorie Counter

1) Picture + weight update is WEEKLY or EVERY FORTNIGHT, it depends on each challenge. You MUST submit a picture via email [email at the bottom of this page], just a front picture + your weight, if you fail to send 2 pictures for 2 consecutive weeks, you are out.

2) All picture updates will be done via this website, please do not post pictures in the thread [only first and last]. That way we keep everything in one place.

3) You MUST commit yourself to the challenges, I am not asking you to update the thread every day, once a week will do, but you must commit and show results. Dont be a time waster if you think you can not do it.

4) Subject must be in the format [ XX weeks - [fat loss/bulk up/body transformation] challenge ]

Rules are simple, subjects must be clear.
